All partners of the Firm have an educational background from either the UK or Greece. This is of particular importance since the Cyprus Legal System, though primarily based on the English model, has received substantial input from Greece and the Continent.

Adamos Adamides was born at Syngrassis in the Famagusta District of Cyprus on 16th February 1942. He studied law at the University of Athens, Greece. Since 1969 he is a practising lawyer, initially in Famagusta and subsequently as a result of the Turkish invasion in Limassol. From 1988 to 1993, he served as a member of the operating Board of the Cyprus Telecommunicatios Authority (Cy.T.A.). From 1993 to 1997 he served as a Minister of Communications and Works in the Government of Glafkos Clerides, the President of the Republic of Cyprus. He has written several law journals and articles about policy reforms and government policies. He is a member of the board of directors of public and private companies. He is also a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Constantinos Adamides was born in Famagusta on 14th July 1974. He studied law at the University of Warwick, UK, whereby he was awarded his LL.B. degree with Honours and subsequently at King's College of the University of London, UK, whereby he was awarded his LL.M. degree in tax law graded with Merit. Since 1999 he is a practising lawyer. He is a regular contributor in leading law journals. He is a member of the board of directors of private companies and member of various committees. He is also a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
